The Elite Finish by Bailey starts with a fine 16 micron sheeps wool and gets twice the carding and wet felting. The sanding and hand finishing bring this luxurious wool to life. The Elite Stiffened felts use a 'hand cooked' shellac for a hertiage stiffened feel.
