Modeling Opportunities

Attention aspiring models and hat lovers! We are looking for models for Hats.com, an established website selling just that: hats! We are seeking models of various ages, ethnicities, and sizes—men and women. PLEASE NOTE: We are not looking for children at the current time; please do not contact us about child modeling. Models age 18 and older will be considered. If interested, contact models@hats.com with the subject line “Hats.com Lifestyle Models.” Models will only be considered if a current headshot accompanies their initial inquiry.

Model Release

A signed Model Release form is required for all Hats.com models. All signatures must be witnessed.

Payment

No monetary compensation will be provided at this time. Images will be available for model use.

Head Size

In order to provide the proper sized hats for the photo shoot, we will need your head size. Please visit our Hat Size guide to find out how to accurately measure your head.

Clothing

Ideally, you should try to bring several different shirts/outfits. Solid colors (especially neutrals like black, white or brown) work best – please no logos or slogans. Graphics and patterns are acceptable. Women should avoid low cut tops.

Weather

Outdoor photos are the preferred imagery of Hats.com. The shoot will need to occur on a day without precipitation or high winds.

Time

Photo shoots will take place during the Hats.com business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Where

The photo shoot location will be determined by the Hats.com staff upon initial scheduling. Default location is the Bollman Hat Factory in Adamstown, PA. Other possible locations throughout Berks and Lancaster County, PA are available.
